This is an unused Go Card advertising postcard. I am not sure why it is hosted by Chris Rock and they chose to put a picture of Snoop Dogg on the postcard. Snoop Dogg was nominated for The Best Hip Hop video that year for 'Beautiful', but Melissa Elliott won with 'Work It'.
