The sender writes:

Hi Brenda

We saw 5 plays in London and 5 plays in Stratford, loved most of them.  I could have stayed in Stratford longer.

This wood postcard was postmarked in 2019 from England.  It is of a paper advertisement to announce that the house in which Shakespeare was born and brought up in was going up for auction. After Shakespeare owned it, it remained in his family with his sister Joan Hart until is was sold to Thomas Court in 1806.

I know there are a lot of Shkespeare fans, however, to call him 'The Greatest Genus That Ever Lived', might be a bit of a stretch.
