The Beatles in their Collarless Gray Suits, 1963
The Beatles
This postcard was printed in 1996 and features Paul McCartney, George Harrison, John Lennon and Ringo Starr in their collarless grey suits of 1963.

In the early Beatle-mania years, The Beatles would occasionally wear black, and then later grey, Edwardian collarless suits. This style of suit was adopted from the Mod youth cult, then at its peak in the UK.

"Christmas Time (Is Here Again)" is a Christmas song recorded by The Beatles for their 1967 fan-club Christmas record.
After being slated for inclusion in the planned (but ultimately scrapped) Sessions compilation album in 1985, the song finally saw official rerelease in 1995 on the Free as a Bird single (issued in conjunction with the Anthology series), for which it was edited from its original 6:17 to a shortened version of 3:03.

Abbey Road is the eleventh studio album by English rock band The Beatles. Though Let It Be was the last album released before The Beatles' dissolution in 1970, work on Abbey Road began in April 1969, making it the final album recorded by the band. Abbey Road was released on 26 September 1969 in the United Kingdom, and 1 October 1969 in the United States.
Abbey Road is regarded as one of The Beatles' most tightly constructed albums, although the band was barely operating as a functioning unit at the time. Rolling Stone magazine named it the 14th greatest album of all time.
John Lennon (rhythm guitar, vocals), Paul McCartney (bass guitar, vocals), George Harrison (lead guitar, vocals) and Ringo Starr (drums, vocals)

When the band formed in 1960, Starr was a member of another Liverpool band, Rory Storm and the Hurricanes. He joined the Beatles in August 1962, taking the place of Pete Best. In addition to his drumming, Starr is featured on lead vocals on a number of successful Beatles songs (in particular, "With a Little Help from My Friends", "Yellow Submarine", and the Beatles version of "Act Naturally"). He is credited as a co-writer of the songs "What Goes On" and "Flying", and as the writer of "Don't Pass Me By" and "Octopus's Garden".
